In short: The TCM tool runs entirely in your browser. No personal user data is collected, stored or passed on to third parties. All meeting data (participants, hourly rates, costs) stays on your device.

2. Nature and scope of processing
The TCM tool (Total Cost of Meeting) is a client-side web application. All calculations and inputs are processed locally in your browser. Meeting data, participant information and cost figures are never transmitted to our servers.
3. Page view counter
When the page is opened, an anonymous page view counter is incremented by 1. Only the date and the number of views on that day are stored. None of the following is recorded:
- IP addresses
- Browser or device information
- Referrer URLs
- Cookies or tracking IDs
- Any other personal data
The counter serves internal usage statistics only.
4. Cookies
The TCM tool uses no cookies. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are set.
5. External services
The page loads the following external resources:
- Bootstrap CSS/JS (cdn.jsdelivr.net) - for the layout
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) - for the Montserrat typeface
Loading these resources transmits your IP address to the respective CDN operators. This is technically necessary. For details see the privacy policies of jsDelivr and Google.
6. Your rights
As no personal data is collected, the usual data subject rights (access, erasure, etc.) do not arise from your use of the TCM tool. If you have questions nonetheless, please get in touch.
